We had the pleasure of working with Patrick last winter. As much as we liked working with him, it was a pleasure to only spend 4 weeks with him, as he quickly sold our home. We had tried the usual sell it on our own method for a few months and finally listed it with another broker. We listed it with Pat prior to Christmas and sold it the day before we went on a mid January vacation.
I deal with business people all the time, and find that some really seem to care. Pat is one of those kinds of people. You come away from a meeting with him knowing that he has your best interests in mind. We love the fact the fact that he donates proceeds to the Dream House program.
